Susan Eagleston was indescribably beyond fabulous- understanding, caring, assertively professional, outstanding. She stayed at least 2 hours overtime 2 days and nights. I was in extreme pain during the evening and Susan called the doctors and was able to get steroids and muscle relaxers (they didn’t help).
She then called another doctor and he added pain medicine. My pain was still severe. She did everything she could to help me!!!
