Susan always made me feel special. If I needed anything, she had it there as soon as possible. She always had a kind word and a smile for me and everyone around her. In a lot of ways, she made me feel like my mom was taking care of me. Overall, everyone was fantastic, but she made the experience of staying at the VA an enjoyable experience, considering the mental and physical condition I was in.
