Susan Gaston works tirelessly to provide the very best care. She has been the day nurse for my mom for the last 3 to 5 days in OCMMC. She did not hesitate to fully dress up (per protocol) when my mom was in isolation room and came in frequently to check on her and kindly made her comfortable and provide tender care, which was especially appreciated when she was so sick. She was warm and friendly, but mostly thorough and helpful at every encounter. Noting that mom did not eat much, she asked her patient if she craved anything that she could request for her. My mom was surprised and delighted to receive a snack of rainbow sherbet and milk especially since hardly anything would go down. Susan delivered the tasty snack again the next day without being asked.
Susan's kindness added to all (each and every one) other caring employees made for an impressive excellent hospital stay! Thank you Susan!
