My wife and I came in because her water broke. My wife was nervous, anxious, and concerned about the process. I felt that Susan displayed great compassion with my wife. While we had several great nurses throughout the day, Susan stood out to us. Susan answered all of my questions and made her feel at peace. She was very clear at each step of the process on what was going on and what the next step was. She was amazing at what she did for us.
