Here are just a few of the many compliments we have received for Susan:

A patient shared how grateful he was to have this nurse come to his home, stating that she took the time to help him empty his bag and attend to his wound in a way no one else had. He was so impressed with her care that he requested she continue as his nurse.

While it was explained that she does not case manage, she does SOCs. It was clear how meaningful her care was to him and helped him move in the direction of healing and getting stronger every day.

Another compliment came from a patient expressing praise, stating this nurse was “the best I ever had” and that “she was terrific.” His daughter also noted that he is not an easy person to please, making this feedback especially meaningful.

Susan has been with our organization for 30 years and has likely completed over 1,000 Start of Care visits — a true testament to her experience, dedication, and ongoing commitment to exceptional patient care. It is with great pride and heartfelt appreciation that we recognize this extraordinary individual.
