Susan has done an extraordinary job in leading nursing services. She brings a high
level of professional in her interactions with patients, staff. physicians,
her peers, and superiors. Given her broad area of responsibility, Susan deals with
most of the grievances that originate in the inpatient settings. Susan is the
"Queen of Processes" and has driven numerous process improvement initiatives that
have greatly improved care for patients and families. Her recent work with equipment
tracking and maintenance is going to revolutionize the way we do business
at BAS. It is my honor and privilege to work with Susan.
