I have been suffering from back pain for over three months and went through every treatment/test and different doctors before my surgery. At first I was ecstatic for surgery, hoping that I finally might get out of pain, but while checking off all of the pre-surgery requirements, I started to get very fearful. However, from the first interaction I had with Susan, I began to feel calm. Susan explained the surgery and also explained everything that was expected of me before the surgery, and the timeline I had. She also explained to me all of this in a way I could understand! Every time I emailed or called Susan with questions or concerns, she would always get back to me right away. Susan touched base with me before and after surgery, and her knowledge, care, and empathy were above and beyond all expectations. Susan made my fears subside when I was very scared. I can truly say she got me through the surgery process, and I am forever grateful! Thank you for your knowledge and help with my pain management. Your follow-up and professionalism were key!
