Susan Henderson, RN

Well, 1st of all, she was not my nurse that day; however, I was having a very hard time getting my meds from the pharmacy. They were saying that it was 2 days too early. Susan jumped in, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I would not leave without my meds. She literally stopped what she was doing and made it a priority for her. Even though I was not her patient, I think we need more people/nurses like her.

I'd like to say how helpful and very kind and caring Susan was. She brightened my day and even made me wish I could stay here at the facility even longer. She was always smiling and funny and asked how I was doing. When you're in rehab/detox recovering, all those small acts of kindness, warmth, and compassion go a long way. Especially when battling with negative self-talk. So, I just really wanted to express my gratitude and admiration. Thank you!
