Susan Henry, MSN, RN

I had a patient code and ultimately expire on my shift. Susan was here with the family of the patient. She was beyond helpful to me with assisting the family with any needs they had. She helped coordinate with the family around visitation restrictions so they were all able to be with their family member one last time. She assisted with post mortem care, and she cleaned the room nearly spotless for the family. She also put the patient’s glasses on so he looked more like himself for the family. Susan displayed an exemplary set of skills and made me feel so supported. She was so caring and compassionate. I’m so thankful to be able to say Susan is a coworker!
