I nominate Susan because she is so amazing with our patients in PostPartum. She is professional and considerate and is a wonderful teacher with breast feeding. She's caring and is very patient. I have never seen her upset. You can tell she loves her job. She is gentle with our babies and is so nurturing to our mothers and makes them feel like they can breastfeed even if they are first time mothers. She is also so sweet with the RNs and is always communicating with us.
