A tech came to get a patient for a rather lengthy test. The test requires the patient to be NPO, and so they are usually hungry when returning to their room. This day after bringing the patient back from their test, the tech discovered a food tray waiting in the patient's room. This had never happened before; usually, it takes a while for the patient to receive their meal after their test. As the tech was walking in the room with the patient, Suzy was on her heels entering the room as well. With a big smile on her face, she introduced herself and said she had anticipated what time the patient would be back to their room and ordered a food tray for him. The tech was very impressed with Suzy's thoughtfulness, this is what "remarkable" care looks like.
