I would like to recognize Susan Kirk for the DAISY Award because of the exceptional care and compassion she provides to her patients. As a patient of Dr. N, I have experienced firsthand how dedicated and knowledgeable she is.

During a recent visit, I came in not feeling well and was worried something more serious might be going on. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. She immediately made me feel comfortable. was thorough in gathering my symptoms and took the time to ask detailed questions that made me feel like my concerns truly mattered.

What really stood out was what happened after my visit. She went above and beyond by following up with me to check on how I was doing and to make sure I understood my test results and treatment plan. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered questions. That follow-up made a huge difference and gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation.

Her knowledge and attention to detail are outstanding, but it’s her genuine compassion that sets her apart. She treats patients with kindness and respect, and you can tell she truly cares about their well-being. In a busy clinic, she remains attentive, patient, and professional at all times.

Because of Susan, I felt supported not only during my visit but even after I left the clinic. She made a stressful experience much easier, and I am truly grateful for her care. Susan is an incredible nurse who makes a lasting impact and is very deserving of the DAISY Award.
