My first few days at the hospital were very difficult. I was having extreme pain and didn't have any friends or family to support me and I was in a bad way. In today's fast paced world and overworked nurses, they don't have time to spare but for the minimal medical needs of their patients. But the nurse that cared for me was very special, Susan Kruzska. She had a keen eye, a compassionate heart, and noticed I was hurting in many ways. She came to my rescue to help get my pain under control and gave me mental support and helped keep me positive through my journey. She was professional at all times. Showed a huge empathetic heart, and not only do I appreciate it, I will never forget her.

Susan excels in all with integrity while engaging patients and family. She expresses empathy as she educates the recovering patient, empowering them with knowledge of their path to healing.
