I was recently hospitalized twice for collapsed lungs within a few months' span. Both hospitalizations, I was lucky to have this nurse as my registered nurse. She made my time in the hospital, which totaled thirty-five days, enjoyable. Susan went above and beyond to ensure that I received top-notch care. She was very diligent in carefully explaining what I needed to do on a daily basis to achieve the level of health necessary for discharge. There were some days in which I was sad and depressed, and she was the light that I needed to get through the difficult moments. When I was re-admitted in April, she welcomed me back and resumed the same amazing level of care as before. I truly hope she receives the recognition that she deserves. She deserves nothing but the best in life! Thank you!
