Susan was very kind, caring, efficient and always had a smile on her face. She was very quick to answer a call. Treats you like a real person instead of a number in a room. Susan is an excellent nurse; very professional, yet sweet. She is genuinely a very nice person. Susan takes the time to explain things to you. She is such a sweet and kind nurse. She made me feel like she really cared about my health and not just in the hospital but also at home. If I asked a question she took the time to explain everything in such a manner that I could thoroughly understand. I highly recommend her as an asset to Manatee Memorial.
