My little girl came in with a fractured humerus. Aside from myself, I've never seen someone care so much about my daughter and her comfort level as Susan Madison did. All Susan wanted was for my little girl to be out of pain. Susan was right there when needed and provided every way possible to console my daughter.
I'm sure after years of doing the same job over and over many people just look at it as just a job. But, not in this instance, Susan truly has a genuine soul that is hard to come by these days. Susan deserves the world.
