Susan McCartney took excellent care of my son during his stay after a traumatic leg injury. She was so patient and caring. She answered our endless questions big and small at all hours of the day. She made us feel special and important to her and treated us as parents and our son the patient as one of her own family members. She was always thorough and was determined to make sure we were always satisfied and happy with his care plan, and that we understood and had all things described that were being done and happening. She was always very polite and always, no matter what, had a smile on her face. She brightened our days and always had a positive attitude that helped make our stay and recovery better than ever.
