There is no end to how much we think of Susan. We now consider her part of our family.
Susan had been taking care of my wife. She was on a ventilator. Besides taking care of the machines and medicines, Susan had shown so much care and love for my wife. She fixed her hair up, kept her lips and eyes moist. She was always telling her how good she was doing and keeping her hygiene great. I knew when I went home at night there was someone loving on my wife and taking care of her as well as I would. It gives me peace of mind. There is no end to how much we think of Susan. We now consider her part of our family. She is one precious, loving, and caring nurse.

Update - The above nomination was given to the clinical director by the husband. Unfortunately, his wife passed away several days later. Susan went to the funeral, still going above and beyond, even after that patient was no longer her patient anymore. Truly awe-inspiring, in the midst of this terrible pandemic.
