Susan was nominated by a family member and her story goes this way:


Susan is an all around wonderful nurse. I admire her take-charge capability and how compassionate and patient she is. She is very thorough and makes sure my son is comfortable and receiving the best care possible while also relaying accurate information in a timely manner to his doctor to ensure he receives the best care. My son feels very comfortable around her and at ease with treatments, etc.

She was trying to get him to take an oral medication, he was upset and Susan grabbed his stuffed bunny rabbit and acted like she was giving bunny the medicine then he wasn't so scared.

This is just one example of her patience and kindness. She is a great nurse, not just skill wise, but has many great qualities that help the patient and family to feel so much better.
