I was down the hall and could hear Susan talking to someone, I presumed it was her patient's family because I knew her patient was not capable of carrying a conversation with another person. I peeked in the room to find Susan alone with her patient and talking to her as if the patient could talk. It made an impact on me because Susan was informing her patient of everything going on and treating her as more than a sedated body.
