I would like to recognize Susan for the incredible care she provided to me following my surgery.
She immediately introduced herself, ensured I received my pain medication, and helped me stand so she could change my sheets and make my bed clean and comfortable. From that moment on, I felt cared for.
Susan not only resolved the issues I was experiencing, but she also comforted me in a way I will never forget. She made me feel like I mattered and that she truly cared about my well-being. She was patient, compassionate, and kind.
She consistently checked on me, made sure my pain was managed, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. What stood out the most was how she treated me as a person—not just a patient. She spoke with warmth, reassured me when I was anxious, and made me feel safe during a very vulnerable time.
Because of Susan, my hospital experience was so much better than I could have imagined. Her dedication, empathy, and professionalism truly embody what it means to be an outstanding nurse.
