Susan Nedbal, BSN, RN

Susan makes our daughter feel comfortable in every situation. She makes up songs that our daughter loves to sing now even at home. Susan feeds her patient's stuffed animals “lion treats” every morning when they wake up. She’s one of the very few who can keep our daughter calm while getting her blood pressure taken. She also goes above and beyond to reinforce, support, and clearly explain complex situations to her patient's parents.
