I came in to have my second baby and Susan was assigned as my nurse. Coincidentally, she had also been my L&D nurse 2 years ago when I birthed my last baby and had been such a great nurse that I immediately felt comforted when she walked in. I had an unusual delivery 2 years ago and she relayed details that she remembered of that experience about me. How amazing for her to remember! Then, to top off my excellent experiences with this nurse, she actually delivered my baby this time because the doctor did not make it in time. I told her she will really never forget me now and I am positive I will never forget her.
