Nurse Susan went above and beyond my expectations. I went from being so scared to feeling like I had my own smiling angel who really cared about my feelings, pain, and every single need. I never had to use my call button. She made me feel like her family. This speaks volumes to me during this pandemic. I feel this is her passion, not her work. Susan held my hand, and always had a kind word of encouragement. She made my heart smile, even while in the worst pain of my life.
