I arrived at Shannon severely dehydrated and wasn't feeling good at all. Once I arrived, I was treated by a courteous, friendly staff. I was given a room, and all the staff took good care of me and made sure I was comfortable, and my family was doing well. I had been craving a bag of Cheetos and Susan went above and beyond to get me a bag of Cheetos. This surprised me a lot, and I felt warm and happy that she cared about me. I love Shannon Hospital and the amazing staff and employees. Thank you so much for all that y'all do for all of San Angelo people and all over the world.
