Susie was extremely conscientious and purposeful about every detail regarding my husband's plan of care. She spoke "plain English" so that we understood the medical verbiage. Susie had to be firm with my stubborn husband and did so with fairness, grace and perfect bedside manner as not to insult or belittle. Susie has courteous professionalism, caring medical skills and good natured discipline, she is an outstanding nurse.
