Our son was admitted to the 6th floor. All of the staff were wonderful, but one lady outshined everyone. Our son has Down’s Syndrome. He also has bipolar disorder. We were admitted with multiple seizure disorders. When Ms. Susan Ouko came into our room, a calming effect came with her. She did IVs and blood work without any help. In the past, it would take several people to hold him down, but not with her. The whole time she worked with him, she was whispering to him. It was so comforting to see him not frightening her. What an angel!
