Susan is simply a gem. She greats every patient, family member, and staff member with the brightest smile. Patients and families often leave compliments praising Susan for her exceptional care. Susan is described as being a great listener with a gentle soul. She remains poised under pressure, is very flexible in her daily work, and extremely open to change. Although Susan is a PRN employee (I beg her to join us full time) she is fully committed to our PACU team when she's here. She often devotes time to the PACU and picks up regular shifts weekly. Her positive energy is a blessing and PACU is very grateful to have her!
