Floating from unit to unit on a daily basis can be exhausting, but Susan Siley makes it look so easy! Ms. Siley was nominated by a fellow colleague who noted the extreme measures Ms. Siley took to save a patient’s life! It's her quick acting, great assessment skills, and ability to advocate for others that make her so extraordinary. Ms. Siley noticed the sudden changes in her already discharged patient but got them the needed CT scans to show an increased bleed and further acute care.
