Susan was always willing and had an excellent bedside manner. She came quickly to every call and even came on her own to see if we were doing alright. At the time of delivery, she answered all questions and explained everything before it happened. After our baby was born, she took my mother aside to explain the problems with our baby, and was there to help with all of our concerns. She is the most awesome person. Susan made us feel like she really cared. She helped keep my husband calm.
