Sue is an outstanding nurse. I am not the easiest to deal with, for I am bitter with the world. She always found a way to make a joke with me and turn my frown upside down. From the moment that she walks through the door she can tell what kind of mood I am in. She tries her hardest over her 12-hour shift to make sure she takes me to the vending machine, always organizing a planned trip along with a walk around the nurse's station. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. She has shown empathy and compassion for me and my family members. May God Bless her.
