Susan has been absolutely amazing. She is so kind and compassionate about her job. She has always been more than willing to take her time answering all my questions and explaining in detail to help me understand. She is quick to get us whatever we need whether it be meds, answers, a doctor - anything. She brings a sense of peace with her in the room that has helped during anxious and difficult conversations. When talking to her I feel like I have known here forever and she never rushes me even when I babble on about nothing! (So sorry Susan) She has made the past 3 days easier on me - I know I can step away or go downstairs and know my son is in good hands. Texas Children's is lucky to have her! She is what our kids need during these difficult treatments and stays. I believe her co-workers feel the same while talking about this form. They have nothing but great things to say about her.
