Susan came in on her day off to place a dobhoff in a patient with compromised nutrition. If it were not for her coming in his nutrition and health would be compromised with possible adverse effects. This was a Saturday and he would have had to wait until Monday for placement.
Susan always goes above and beyond to help all staff when needed. Susan stayed to ensure the dobhoff was in the correct placement with orders to use before heading home. She is a great asset to NMB. You can see she loves her job and it shows.
