I arrived at West Houston in extreme need of emergency medical assistance. I was treated excellently in the ER. When I got to the 3rd floor, I was in severe pain because of my disease (lupus) and having strong chest pain. My nurse Susan was such an amazing nurse. She was on point, on time with my meds. She attended to my every medical need, but there's one thing that I really want to point out. She was caring from the heart. I was so depressed, and she pulled my spirits up by speaking to me with positive words that I know came from the heart. Not only is she a wonderful nurse, but she cares about her patients. To me, she demonstrated that to be healed completely, you have to have the best medical attention. But when you are treated by someone like Susan who cares and loves her job and her patients, you heal even faster. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for bringing my hopes up and I wish her all the luck in the world.
