I have my esophagus dilated every four weeks and Susan's smiling face welcomes me each time. I breathe through a tracheal tube so the anesthesia is a problem and Sue makes sure there is always a trach anesthesia collar each time I get the procedure done.
Sue is always calming and goes out of her way to reassure me I will be okay. Sue is the best!
