Dr. Sue Wechter is very kind, caring, and truly loves what she does. She is very approachable and shows compassion to her students. She always has a positive attitude and is there to guide us when we need it. She is devoted to helping her students be successful and leads by compassion and dedication. She always encourages self-care and sends us weekly motivational emails. She has always made me feel like an individual and that I mattered to her. Dr. Wechter stimulated my learning by asking thought-provoking questions to my discussion posts which prompted me to do further research. Dr. Wechter elevated my level of understanding and encouraged me to publish my work upon completion of the DNP project. She engaged learners and her care shined with each interaction.
