Susan went above and beyond while providing care; she was very compassionate to her patients and went out of the way to make sure to include the patient's family in the care she provided. By allowing the family to take part in the patient's care and help educate the family she was able to decrease both the family and the patient's fear and anxiety. Susan also constantly made sure her co-workers were caught up by offering help when she could.
