Let me start off by saying Susan is PHENOMENAL! She was so insightful, thorough, friendly, and made me feel like she wanted me to be apart of the team. Aside from giving me independence, she was quick to follow up on me and always had the patient's care as her top priority. It was VERY refreshing to a peer that takes pride in the job she does, and does it for all the right reasons. You should be very proud to have her on your team, as I feel she is a true asset. Whether she believes it or not, she has a natural gift for teaching and making everyone feel taken care of meanwhile. I really enjoyed working with her, and look forward to working with her again soon.
