Susan recently spent some time with one of our long-term patients in OB Special Care. The patient expressed to the manager of L&D that she would like to learn to crochet. The manager reached out to Susan, knowing she crochets regularly. Susan came into work and brought supplies and a big smile on her face. Susan taught the patient how to crochet which meant so much to her. This act of kindness is just wonderful. Thanks to Susan, she made this patient's day and also gave her the gift of a new hobby. This is truly above and beyond! Thank you, Susan, for all that you do.
