She was true to her job because she understood what needed to be done.
Where can I begin, I came in through the ER and was sent to the 7th floor to be greeted by the nurse Susana. I had recently had Turp surgery and was experiencing bladder spasms and tons of blood clots. It was decided by the doctor that I would get CBI (irrigation) Susana worked tirelessly to assist. She was true to her job because she understood what needed to be done. Removing stubborn clots with the syringe to empty the foley bag full of clots. She even educated me on watching the catheter to make sure the flow didn't stop with irrigation fluids. She worked till it was time for her shift to end when she brought in the new nurse to meet me. I was nervous that I would not get the same care but she shared every detail with my new nurse and assured me that I was in good hands. She took over the shift and she picked up where Susana left off. She was amazing as well. I call them the "tag team" because the torch was passed, and she shined.
