Susana is a very calm person, loves her job and knows how and when help is needed.
Many instances, I notice that she is always there for patients and for her colleagues. When I came to the hospital she guided me, educated me on what a mother must do especially in dealing with the first timer, also I noticed that she was really taking care of them, like she is the real mother. With teary eyes, I'm so blessed having a responsible nurse like her, who is so comforting in many ways.
Moreover, when I started to work, my mother in law was the one with my daughter, she highly recommended this nurse for providing extraordinary care, not only for my daughter but also my mother in law by providing education, comfort, and basic needs.
