She puts her job and patients above her own needs and is always very informative to let the patients and families understand all illnesses, injuries, and recovery steps. Susie has always shown calmness and confidence in every situation no matter how stressful. Her patients have requested her time and time again. When there is another nurse, they will usually wait until she is available to tend to them.
