Of all the amazing individuals who cared for our newborn baby, the nurse who stood out most was Susana; she cared for our baby in a way that was comforting to watch. The tenderness and gentleness she had while handling our baby was so soft and caring it brought me comfort knowing that she was in the room with her, her attentive and observant nature made it easy to relax. We also loved that she was super informative and gave us tips to better care for our baby at home. I felt safe and reassured whenever we left our baby, and she worked with us on a discharge plan for our baby.
