Susanna is kind, compassionate, and really cares about her patients.
Susanna was my nurse twice during the two times I got hospitalized at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
The first was after my laser ablation surgery for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. During that hospital stay, I was scared and anxious. Susanna really spent time at the bedside to make sure I was okay and was so compassionate and reassuring.
I truly felt safe while she was taking care of me. She always had a smile on her face and explained everything she was doing to both my husband and me.
One week after my first surgery, I had to have a cerclage procedure and spent 2 nights in the hospital again. I was blessed to have Susanna again as my nurse. And again, I had the same experience with her as the first time.
She remembered my husband and me, and I definitely remembered her.
Susanna is kind, compassionate, and really cares about her patients. She took time to get to know me and my husband and make us feel comfortable and safe during these stays.
She made my hospital stay better, and I am thankful for nurses like her. She was always there when I called and reassured me.
It takes someone special to be the nurse that Susanna is, and she deserves to be recognized for the amazing person she is.
