Susanne Harrell, LPN

A resident whom Suzanne and I both work with was declining and refused to go to the hospital. Suzanne was so caring and compassionate in how much she expressed to him the benefit of going to the hospital. Her heartfelt words really touched me, and it was so obvious how much she cared. Because of her sincere words, the resident went to the hospital to get the care that he really needed.
