I was a patient after having total knee replacement. That night my pain level was a "10" when Susanne came on duty. She had the knowledge to adjust the medication and she was able to get my pain level to a "3". During the evening, she came into my room to check & see how I was doing and to check my pain level. Because of Susanne's special effort, my evening was much more comfortable. She's an outstanding caring nurse.
