Out of every medical professional I've encountered, they don't even begin to compare to the sincere sympathy and compassion that I was shown by Nurse Susanne. I was very embarrassed to be in the Emergency Department for an overdose. Many people in the medical field sometimes tend to look at me in a judgmental way even if they don't realize it. Never once did she do that. As she talked to me I could see the genuine concern in her eyes. I'm almost positive she has brought all the people in her daily path much peace. I am very thankful that she was put in my path today. I thank her for going above and beyond her "normal" nursing duties. Grandview is a much better place with her here.
