Sushma Paudel, Registered Nurse

I would like to nominate Mrs. Sushma Paudel for The DAISY Award because she has made such a difference in how I am managing my stoma bag. After my cancer operation and following complications, she made it possible for me to overcome my anxiety when learning how to manage and change my stoma bag. While I was at hospital for six weeks her regular caregiving was exceptional. She always found a solution to problems arising at the early stage of the stoma management. Sushma instinctively knows what an individual patient's need is, but above all, she is always serving the patients with a big smile and makes the scary cancer less scary.
