Susie went beyond the physical monitoring of our child. She was an amazing support and resource in every sense for both her patient and the mom and dad. She sensed when I needed to talk and she listened. She could sense when I was confused by the doctor's terminology and explained things when she didn't have to take the time to do so. Susie gave me hugs when she knew they were needed. I could tell if she was watching over our daughter, and knew we were going to be okay. She watched over us the scariest, most difficult night of our stay and I feel so lucky to have had the best possible person taking such good care of my baby. I will be forever grateful. I cannot say that enough. Thank you!
