Susie Caputo, RN

My mom was recently a patient on PCU at Jennie. One evening she became very confused and was convinced that there was a "plot" meant to cause harm. Susie and her CNA S worked together to help calm Mom down. Through their calm and kind manner, they were able to build Mom's trust and bring her comfort. When we left that night, Mom told them, "I love you like one of my own children!" So good to hear as a family member.
